Balancing the body’s energy field through Thought Field Therapy®

Balancing the body’s energy field through Thought Field Therapy®

TFT – Thought Field Therapy® is a method that provides treatments for emotional, physical and spiritual disorders, based on a code revealed by the Causal Diagnosis procedure. TFT utilizes the ancient Chinese meridian system used in acupuncture. The person thinks about the problem to be treated and thus attunes to the disturbance that is the source of the problem and stimulates the body’s energy field by tapping (small tapping with the fingertips) on specific meridian points in a specific order, putting information (healing data) into that system.

The two great secrets of TFT are knowing the correct order of points to be stimulated for each type of problem, which makes treatment faster and more efficient, and tuning in to the disturbance in the field of thought.

TFT is a revolutionary therapeutic approach developed since 1979, after many years of research by American psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan, PhD. for Dr. Callahan, creator of TFT, the root cause of all emotional problems comes from disturbances in the field of thought. These disturbances will then affect the other systems of the human body: chemical, hormonal, cognitive, emotional and behavioural.

A disturbance is a subtle but clearly isolable aspect of a thought field, which is responsible for triggering all negative emotions. The disturbance then affects the chemical, hormonal, nervous, cognitive systems and brain activity associated with (but not causing) negative emotions.

A field of thought, by definition, is an invisible, non-material structure in space that has an effect on matter. The field of gravity, for example, is something invisible and not material, but it has the effect of keeping matter attracted to the source of that field. A thought is also something invisible and non-material that has an effect on matter. A thought field therefore contains information in the form of thousands of thoughts and memories.

In a similar way...

  • Thought fields and disturbances are not energy. They require energy for their activations;
  • The body’s energy system is activated when a person tunes into a thought field;
  • Fields are a transport system for information – healing data;
  • Negative emotion is encoded as a discrete and specific order of disturbances within a field of thought.

TFT diagnostics can accurately reveal this code. Tapping puts healing information into the system. With TFT it is possible, in a matter of minutes, to treat long-standing traumas, fears, anger, guilt, sorrows, among others, as its action directly treats the disturbance in the field of thought and simultaneously restores the flow of vital energy in the meridians. Its method is non-invasive, without side effects and the person can apply himself.

Based on the acupuncture meridian system, but without using needles and integrated into the field of thought, TFT provides a fast and very efficient treatment, even for complex cases such as childhood trauma, sexual abuse and panic syndrome, which can be completely overcome in few sessions.

In traditional acupuncture, needles are used to stimulate meridian points where the flow of energy is blocked. In TFT, instead of needles, the points are stimulated, in a predetermined order according to the type of problem to be treated, through tapping (small taps with the fingertips) at the same time as the person who receives the treatment attunes the problem in question to his thinking. This simple act of thinking about the problem simultaneously with the stimulation of the meridians makes all the difference, because in addition to unblocking the flow of energy, it is thus possible to eliminate disturbances in the field of thought (or mental field) and the associated negative emotional charge are immediately removed, deleted too.

TFT is the technique that triggered the movement of so-called energy psychologies that is booming around the world today. Every stressful or traumatic situation we experience generates a record in the field of thought that Dr. Callahan called it “Disorders”. These, in turn, cause an interruption in the energy flows of the human body, known in traditional Chinese medicine as meridians, which give rise to various types of emotional and physical problems.

The Mind, Consciousness and the Psychological Reversal…

The Mind, Consciousness and the Psychological Reversal…

After many years searching to understand how people have different views, behaviours and opinions, and evaluating how each one looks at their reality, I started to research a little more about human consciousness.

Sometimes it was very difficult to understand that when people look from the outside looking for solutions to problems, they cannot always understand what they really are and lose their potential of their True Self. They look for a simple path from the outside and instead of entering a path of self-knowledge for the solution of problems, they are immersed in the problems with stories, internal thoughts, and thus, the solution is distant and suffering is inevitable.

For many years, not being able to understand these behaviours and it was a nuisance that lingered within my heart. It caused discomfort, not understanding why these inner thoughts brought suffering and knowing that they were the creation of people’s own minds. After going in search of knowledge, whether in the area of spirituality, scientific or in the area of psychology, I looked for tools to help people free themselves from suffering and try to understand more and more why each one has a vision of the same reality in a different way.

During this period of studies, I got to know the Field of Thought Therapy, created by the psychologist PhD Dr. Roger Callahan. And when I started to do the self-study of the technique, he was here for the last time in Brazil (on this occasion I couldn’t be present), I heard his words through the video saying that true spirituality is full consciousness and the way to raise the level of conscience of people and consequently of humanity. When I heard these words, it seems that all the studies of more than ten years in the area of spirituality were integrated, in addition to studies on tools for healing. All this was the search for the answer that I was always after to understand how the human being understood and observed according to his worldview (sometimes distorted) or for its relative truth.

Psychological Reversal

One of the most important concepts in Dr Roger Callahan’s legacy of studies was Psychological Reversal. When you notice that you’ve ever noticed yourself being especially hostile, negative and unpleasant and you don’t know why or if you’ve ever suffered from a state of negativism, defeatism, hostility, despair, helplessness, being overcritical, tending to see nothing but dark side of things, or an obsession with the negative aspects of life. While you may be aware of these feelings, you may feel unable to stop this behaviour. It may even feel like your willpower is suspended. Because no matter how much you know that what you’re doing is stupid and self-destructive, you seem to be temporarily unable to do anything about it. These are some Psychological Reversal behaviours.

Psychological Reversal is the most common reason why healing does not occur, preventing any effective treatment from working. Psychological Reversal is associated with a polarity reversal in the meridian system. In other words, your inner flow of energy has actually been reversed or, in some cases, blocked. If you have a negative attitude, self-criticism or self-sabotaging behaviour, this could be a sign that Psychological Reversal is present. By treating Psychological Reversal, you can dissolve interruptions in the flow of energy that have interfered with the field of thought. This is not therapy for the underlying psychological problem itself, but rather for the obstacles that prevent primary thought field treatment from being effective.

Interestingly, we found that many successful entrepreneurs are prevented from achieving greater success later on by psychological reversal problems. It’s not a fear of success, as is so widespread, but almost always a psychological barrier that grows as the venture grows. Almost like the barrier of negative vibration settles in the field of thought, psychological reversal keeps you stuck in that field.

After a year with clinical practices in the office, I could see that it was the way to positive results, just releasing the psychological reversals were enough. I started to observe that emotionally people really improved, however, the human mind is very powerful and with it we create our reality. Psychological Reversal was one of the barriers that prevent self-healing or the search for possibilities to solve problems.

Conscious, Subconscious and Unconscious Mind

Complementing this knowledge, I studied how the mind creates mental commands when people are faced with a frustrating or failing situation, as well as creating limiting beliefs to make their decisions. Decisions and choices make who they are. For this, I studied the Modern High-tech Coaching, who gave me an insight into how the human mind works. Deeply studying the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind took me to levels of better knowledge of how we can see people’s reactions and behaviours.

Conscious Mind

The Conscious Mind is volitional, it sets goals, judges results, makes Decisions, thinks abstractly and logically. It is time-bound in the past and future. It has a limited processing capacity of short-term memory (about 20 seconds), can manage 1-3 events simultaneously and processes 40 bits of information per second. The beta and gamma waves of the human brain are where the vibration of the conscious mind predominates.

Subconscious Mind

The Subconscious Mind is habitual, it monitors and controls the body’s functions. For example: motor functions, heartbeat, digestion, etc. She thinks literally and is not related to time, it is present. It has a high capacity for processing long-term memory (past experiences, values, beliefs), and can handle thousands of events simultaneously. It processes 40 million bits of information per second. Theta waves are the vibration in hertz of the subconscious mind.

Unconscious Mind

Studies say that the biggest part of our consciousness as a whole is the unconscious mind. This will naturally depend on each individual. When studies show that 95% is the unconscious mind, we must understand what level of consciousness this individual is. The unconscious mind is our “blind spot”. It is defined as “what we don’t know that we don’t know”. This unconscious mind will be diluted more and more as we remove the veil of illusion. A being is full and fulfilled, he is already superconscious by creation. It is only necessary, if you cut with “science”. This science is based on applied knowledge, which we call wisdom. The search for wisdom, love and compassion is the way to work the unconscious mind. Here we find delta and epsilon waves, in deep sleep, or in the ‘coma’ state of an individual.

Unconscious Mental commands

A very important factor to consider is to observe the functioning of the mind. Mental commands are not limiting beliefs. They are the trigger to trigger the limiting belief of the past. The mind has a structure of unconscious automatism generated from the beginnings of its evolution of being by instinct and survival. It is a form of protection to each stimulus, as if it were an unconscious protection reflex. In this way, even if we free ourselves from the limiting belief, it reappears from the moment the situation of danger is imminent. This danger is an illusion caused by the mind itself when we don’t know how to deal with a situation in our lives. Learning and values are still in the making and the mind has not yet understood that ego needs are not real.

It is in the human mind that the co-creation process begins. Once co-created, everything manifests in nature with the energy of the 5 elements. Read the article The Five Elements and the Emotions (Click Here). The mental state is also influenced by behaviours related to the right and left hemisphere predominant in people.

Meditation techniques (High-tech Meditation®) correlated with human brain waves (gamma, beta, alpha, theta, delta) help to understand how the balance of our lives starts from each person’s thoughts and feelings.

Energy Centres (Chakras)

The word Chakra or Tchakra, which comes from Sanskrit, means “wheel”. Each chakra is composed of three concentric and interconnected spirals of energy, whose rotation intensifies as the individual develops. They can also be called energy centres or energy centres. The chakras can be energy emitters or receivers and the energies captured can originate from the most diverse sources; cosmic origin, the collective unconscious, the physical, astral and mental planes, etc.

Chakra (Sanskrit, “wheel”) also refers to the ancient Hindu concept of seven vortexes of energy located in the spine from the coccyx to the crown of the head. These centres define the points of physical and spiritual contact in the human body. In yoga, they are bridges to higher consciousness, symbolizing the journey from the material world to the divine. Alternative medicine healers recognize them as a dynamic resource for health. First published in 1927, this pioneering book by the famous clairvoyant C. W. Leadbeater was the first to introduce chakras to the West.

With great clarity, he explains what each chakra means about our well-being, perception, and personal power, his full-colour illustrations showing the chakras as they truly appear to those who can see them. Anyone can perceive chakras, he says. We must only become sensitive to more subtle vibrations than those to which we normally respond. Charles Webster Leadbeater (1847-1934) was a Church of England clergyman until he joined the Theosophical Society in 1883.

He spent a few years in Sri Lanka working for the revival of Buddhism, and later became the Presiding Bishop of the Liberal Catholic Church, which seeks to combine the preservation of Catholic sacraments with the widest measure of freedom of thought and interpretation of scripture. He was a highly developed clairvoyant and the author of more than thirty books on spiritual life and the psychic nature of man.

The chakras of the etheric body (body formed by more subtle energy coupled with the physical body) originate where the lines of energy cross. The chakras have three functions: to vitalize the physical body; carry out the development of self-awareness; transmit spiritual energy to elevate the individual to a spiritual plane. The energy of the chakras circulates through the physical body through energy channels: the nadis.

The human being has a set of circular energy centres located throughout the body: in the head, trunk and limbs. There are energy centres in the palms of the hands, the soles of the feet, and seven central energy centres in the midline of the body. This central system of energy centres is closely related to the endocrine system. Each energy centre is associated with one or more specific glands, while the first and eighth act as physical and spiritual regulators, respectively, of the endocrine system

the seven body energy centres

Learn more about the seven body energy centres and their respective endocrine glands:

1. Basic: It is responsible for the absorption of telluric energy (energy emanating from planet Earth through its elements) and for the direct stimulation of energy in the body and in blood circulation.
Location: Base of column
Physical Correlation: Linked to the adrenal glands

2. Sacrum: It is responsible for energizing the sexual organs. When blocked, it causes sexual impotence, discouragement. When overexcited, it causes intense sexual desire. Well developed, it stimulates the better functioning of the other energy centres.
Location: lower abdomen
Physical correlation: linked to testes (male) or ovaries (female)

3. Umbilical: It is responsible for energizing the digestive system. It is considered the energy centre of the lower emotions. When it is blocked, it causes nausea, fear or irritation. Well developed, it facilitates the perception of environmental energies.
Location: About an inch above the navel
Physical correlation: linked to the pancreas

4. Cardiac: It is the energy centre responsible for energizing the cardiorespiratory system. It is considered the channel of movement of feelings. It is the energy centre most affected by emotional imbalance. Well developed, it becomes a channel of love for spiritual assistance work. When there is a blockage in this energy centre, the person experiences depression, anguish, irritation or twinges in the chest.
Location: centre of chest
Physical correlation: linked to the thymus gland

5. Laryngeal: It is responsible for energizing the mouth, throat and respiratory organs. Well developed, it facilitates psychophony and clairaudience. It is also considered as an energy filter that blocks emotional energies so that they do not reach the energy centres of the head. It is the energy centre responsible for the creative expression (communication) of the human being in the world.
Location: throat
Physical Correlation: Linked to the thyroid (and parathyroid) glands

6. Front: It is responsible for energizing the eyes and nose. Well developed, it facilitates clairvoyance and intuition. Sometimes your activity creates a palpitation in your forehead or a feeling of heat (it feels like a heart beating in your forehead).
Location: Front
Physical correlation: linked to the pituitary (pituitary) gland

7. Coronary: It is the most important energy centre, as it is responsible for the brain’s energy supply. Well developed, it facilitates the memory and awareness of the projections of consciousness. It is very important in telepathy, mediumship, expansions of consciousness and reception of high themes. This is where cosmic energy comes in.
Location: top of head

Introductory concepts of Magnified Healing® – Part 1

When people are interested in starting the Magnified Healing® ascension journey, they always ask what prerequisites, books or subjects they need to have to attend the workshop.

In order to start this journey, you should have some basic knowledge and understanding of basic metaphysical concepts such as Karma, spiritual centres (chakras), Hierarchy, Three-fold Flame, Violet Fire, and Ascension. You can learn about these concepts by browsing the Internet and reading spiritual books. Magnified Healing does not require prior knowledge of other healing modalities such as Reiki, Light Touch, etc.

If you wish to begin this journey of initiation into Magnified Healing®, I recommend you start with these introductory books. The books are:

  1. Access the power of Your Higher Self – Your source of Inner Guidance and Spiritual Transformation, by Elizabeth Claire Prophet.
  2. Violet Flame – Alchemy for Personal Change, by Elizabeth Claire Prophet.

The Healing, the Expansion of the Threefold Flame in the Heart

First introduced to Earth in 1983, Magnified Healing is a beautiful tool of love, healing and deliverance. Before this healing was only available in the higher dimensions of the universe by Ascended Masters. In 1992 however, at the direct encouragement and inspiration of Mistress Master Kwan Yin, Chinese Goddess of Compassion and Love, Magnified Healing was brought in expanded form through Gisèle King and Kathryn Anderson in the United States.

Magnified Healing cleanses, balances, reintegrates and harmonizes all chakras, sensitizes and activates the nervous system and redistributes calcium in the spine. It is the only healing modality, known so far, that cancels all karma, starts and expands the Three-fold Flame in the Heart and prepares us for Spiritual Ascension. It works on the physical, emotional, mental, etheric and spiritual levels, using sacred geometry, breathing and affirmations.

Threefold Flame

The Threefold Flame, which is the Flame of Christ within the heart of every human being, is composed of three petals and represents three divine qualities: love, wisdom and power – essential for achieving balance and enlightenment. The pink petal represents unconditional love, the blue petal represents God’s power in our lives and the gold petal empowers us with Divine wisdom. Without wisdom, we cannot minister love, much less power.

Practice

This healing work allows us to use 5th-dimensional energies that act according to the Law of Mercy to heal ourselves and others, heal from a distance and heal the planet. Initiation connects us to our Higher Self, which begins to direct our daily life more directly. Spiritual development activates and brings more harmony into our lives by conforming to cosmic laws.

In daily practice we clear the Channel of Light, establishing a constant flow between the Highest God of the Universe and the Crystal at the centre of the Earth. This happens through our chakras, which are cleansed, energized, expanded, radiate positive quality energy and are centred in the heart chakra. This connection brings us to a deep state of grace, wholeness and love.

Many forms of healing are healer focused, meaning the seeker needs to turn to a doctor, priest, temple, shaman or another place to receive healing. In most vibrational healing methods, energy is channelled and directed through the healer. In Magnified Healing, the practitioner creates energy with the Highest God of the Universe. (from Magnified Healing…A New (Old) Perspective by Jean Bennett)

Through my experiences and through the reports of initiated students, I have witnessed the powerful impulse Magnified Healing gives in our lives, enhancing the process of personal healing at all levels and, as a result, reinforcing our feelings of faith, freedom, creativity, and balance. This happens by the dissolution of old energetic blocks that disturb us imperceptibly.

Meditation and Brainwaves

Meditation and Brainwaves

Meditation has used for thousands of years, but only in the last few decades has science begun to uncover the many benefits of meditation using sophisticated tools like neuro-imaging, functional magnetic resonance imaging, brain mapping technology, and gene research, thus allowing scientists on unprecedented ability to measure the effects of meditation on brain and brainwave patterns.

The Effects of Meditation on the Brain

  • Gyrification: MRI scans have shown that meditation increases Gyrification, or cortical folding, which allows the brain to process information faster. The extent of gyrification is highly implicated as being passively related to intelligence.
  • Brain function: Meditation increases whole brain function, by synchronizing the right and left-brain hemispheres of the brain while increasing balance and amplitude in alpha, theta and delta brain-wave patterns.
  • Focus: Meditation improves focus by causing an increase in cortical thickness in regions of brain responsible for attention.
  • Mood: meditation increases dopamine and serotonin levels by stimulating regions of the brain which are associated with happiness and positivity.
  • Stress Reduction: Meditation decreases stress and anxiety by downregulating cortisol and adrenaline creating a state of deep relaxation in which our breathing, pulse rate, blood pressure, and metabolism are decreased.
  • Cognition: Meditation improves cognitive function, m mindfulness and the ability to sustain focus by increasing grey matter, brain volume and cerebral blood flow.

The Brainwaves

  • 14-24 hz Beta Waves –  Beta brainwave frequencies occur in the range from 14 – 24 hz and correspond to the typical “busy mind” experience common to most of us. The Beta frequency range is characterized by a chaotic, fragmented, unbalanced thinking typical of left-brain dominance, commonly referred to as the “monkey mind”
  • 8 – 13 hz Alpha Waves – The beginning of balanced brainwave activity occurs in the Alpha frequency range between 8 -13 hz. The more alpha waves that a person is able to produce in ordinary states of consciousness, the easier it is for them to access deeper meditative states.
  • 4 – 7.5 hz Theta Waves – In the Theta frequency range between 3.5 – 7 hz balanced brainwave activities increases. The theta state corresponds to the experience of visionary, creative and intuitive levels of experience. Its is characterized by “inner” images and visions that correlate with increased theta activity.
  • 0.5 – 4hz Delta Waves – The Delta frequency range between 0.5 – 4 hz brings a level of balance that corresponds to the “beyond the mind” experience at the subtlest levels of meditative awareness possible. This is the range in which meditators experience what is termed unified consciousness (oneness with all things).
