This review and advanced studies, even though they also serve the purpose of reviewing and standardizing the practice, are primarily meant as a way to immerse oneself more deeply in the ocean of knowledge and information on how ascension occurs through the biochemical transfiguration of the body into geometry and mathematics. By being aware of the facts, we can take full advantage of our empowerment in the initial phase of the course. Even if we do the practice without understanding that it’s shape allows us to expand the way we move, affirm, and breathe creates such rapid and profound change and transformation.
